Hello, my spooky friends.  It turns out that some of you already have projectors lying around the house, lair, space station, pocket dimension, or wherever you live.  You’d like to use those to project a portal, and I’m going to show you how.

You might have one of two basic kinds of projectors:

  1. One that runs some kind of operating system like Android 6, Windows 10, etc.  If you have one of these, you can simply install our Spooky Genius app on it and start running.
  2. One that doesn’t.  In this case, you need to connect an Android or Windows device to your projector using an HDMI cable.  Install our app on your Android device and play it.  That should do the trick!

We are going to add as many tested solutions for opening portals to the website so you can perforate dimensional membranes with minimum hassle.  We'll expand and maintain the list of compatible operating systems here.

  1. Android - TV devices, projectors, phones.  The Spooky Genius Portal Projectors we sell here all support the Portal app.
  2. tvOS - Apple TV.
  3. Windows devices.  We don't have a fully-tested list yet

If you'd like to try our Spooky Genius Portal App, shoot us a message here and let us know.  Also, join the newsletter so we can send you updates.
